The Program

Day View

This is the main window of Eat It! where all foods eaten are listed. You can see at a glance the calculated amount of calories or whichever nutrient you have chosen.

Calories

The intake of calories can be analyzed for periods of 30 - 90 days. You can see the daily differences between the amounts and the average intake.

The intakes of 25 nutrients are calculated and compared with the desired supplies for a period of 1 - 60 days. Thus you get an overview, of which nutrients you need a bit more or less.
